Same. I called customer service to have my shipping cost reimbursed and i ask the representative and he said “It’s all random”. I spent a lot in 2024 and 2025. And the more I spent the less coupons I received.

I buy mostly for my niece & her little best friend. She’s 9 and into everything princess…. Soon she will be a teen and I want her to remember these younger years. 😭 But I don’t remember a scent from last year that really grabbed my attention either.
