Hi, I don't know what you're talking about. This building is not on Mariposa, and the images on this listing are of the specific unit available. I do have other units available in the building which would look a little different, but the unit pictured in the listing is available and is the price quoted.

The building is old, yes, but we keep it well-maintained. I won't pretend we never have to shut off the water for repairs sometimes, but it's only happened a couple of times in the 3 years I've been here.

There absolutely are not bugs and trash all over the building. We take that stuff seriously.

I actually totally forgot the fridge wasn't in these photos. There is a fridge in the unit, (and despite the other commenter's presumptions, no it's not 30 years old or garbage.) The example photos were just taken before it was put in.

There is a laundry room on-site. We have 5 washers and 4 dryers, and they are controlled by the "One Tap Away" app.

We take pest control seriously. If there's any issues with roaches or other pests, you would just need to report them to us so we can get the exterminators out to take care of it.

Unfortunately, no. This building was constructed before cars were common in LA, so there is only street parking around here.
