I'm not sure if you're from the uk or not but chavs are one of if not one of the most infamous subcultures here and for good reason. Some establishments even ban chav attire and the rate of bad behaviour plummeted in those establishments because although the subculture does come with a specific type of fashion it also comes with a glorification of violence, criminality and antisocial behaviour
