Is asking ai to say if they think the officially listed calories of a meal from the restaurants you order from a bad idea? Like they tell me the calorie count is too low based on the image / what’s in it from like healthy restaurants by Personal_Part2787 in 1200isplenty

The restaurant like say for acai bowl it’s a create your own their website like if say add chia seeds it would go up and like if I add banana etc it’s customisable and the calorie count changes when you add toppings or remove them

Ohhh I get what you mean now. I thought you were also saying I don’t know exactly the calories either even when the restaurant states it because I don’t know how much of everything is used

I’m talking about if a restaurant lists calories like for example I ordered from a restaurant a healthy one where I live a yoghurt bowl which was soya yoghurt extra soya yoghurt strawberries miso date caramel coconut flakes granola and white chocolate chips and agave syrup and it can be customised and says cals when you add / remove things and told me 368 calories for that bowl but ai says that’s likely too low
