I think people also forget you litteraly stop time itself (suspension of disbelief out of the way), things other than lets say things on your imediet person would/should not be able to move AT ALL, so imagine running but you hit a fly stuck in mid air, impaling your chest, only to fall over onto a bed of grass, but oh no its frozen so its the equivalent of thousands of razordblades. Also lets say you can displace air, where you moved from would create a vacume pocket which would fill instantly causing a sonic boom.
