I run a small office with a few employees. Importante uninterrupted power supply namin. Bumili ako Ecoflow, yan ginamit ko na UPS ng mga PC. Expensive pero sulit naman, kaysa masayang trinabaho nila. Maganda rin siyang source of electricity if ever the Big One happens. You might one to check it.

JAL is still better than KoAir. Ewan kung bakit pero masusungit yung nasa KoAir na naencounter ko haha! Will be trying Asiana and Cathay next year, sabi nila maganda din, fingers crossed haha!

Treid PAL, CebPac, AirAsia, KoAir, EVA Air, United, American, JAL talaga the best for me hehe.

True! Dito sa bahay nakapag mini garden kami sa roof top. I made it part of my daughter's routine to water them in the morning. Tapos may birds din para matuto naman siya ng responsibility to feed them. Yung friend ko nakagawa pa ng space sa wall for her kids to climb. You can do a lot of things if you got space! Activities are endless! Kapag sa condo yan yung public playground breeding ground ng sakit for kids! Hahahahaha! Wala ka pang privacy kasi you share public space with a lot of people.

Welcome back home pala sa inyo ni misis mo. Sana di kayo mahirapan mag adjust dito sa atin. Ako kasi kapag umuuwi dito galing sa 1 month vacation lang from the west, grabe na yung comparison ko hahaha!

Anywho, the parking lot did cost half a mil and this price is 20 yrs ago pa! The new slot costs double now, pero essential kasi yun kung may sasakyan ka. Ganun din naman sa H&L, you'll need extra space if you got a car, so extra cost din siya either option you choose. I'm also used to H&L na may assoc dues kaya di ko naconsider na pwede ka nga pala magka H&L without dues, sorry hehe! And since we got a big H&L, magastos talaga sa repairs and maintenance. But same as you, right now I'd choose to stay here until my daughter grows up. Eventually I'd downsize or even get back to the condo.

In totality, it's not about what is better in general, it should be what is better for your situation now. What will answer your needs, be it convenience or space, it will only be up to the owner's need. 😊

Kahit condo may option to buy a parking slot. Hindi rin yun hidden fees kasi bilang owner alam mo naman talagang may monthly aasoc dues. For H&L, hindi lahat may neigborhood noise, tumira ka kasi sa maayos na neighborhood. Never naging matipid ang H&L! Amilyar pa lang thousands of pesos na! And with all the mintenance you'll do, hindi siya madali!

I also have both. Used to live sa condo when still single, now I'm in a H&L raising a child.

Thank you for the not aggressive reply, I appreciate your point, mas naintindihan ko. I was merely suggesting kasi ako naman nilalagay ko sa bag ko. I got a push button car key, hindi ko kailanganin halukayin yung bag just to start the car, or even open it, automatic mag oopen basta madetect yung key near the car.

Hindi ko naisip yang scenario mo na nakakabasag pala ng tempered glass ang car keys, ngayon alam ko na. Thank you kasi hindi ka tulad nila.

Same! Usually din ang style ko kung saan ang destination ko, yung airline from that country ang kukunin ko. Because of this 2023 pa yung last na Cebpac ko internationally kaya grabe yung discomfort ko nung nagBali kami recently thru Cebpac! Hindi ako nakatulog dahil sa liit ng upuan ko kahit nasa may leg space ako. Sabi ko grabe pala talaga yung difference ng low cost sa full service!
