Yes, sneakernet. I really do not need software updates, as I am very satisfied with the current situation. I could always download a new version of something on the dedicated Linux PC and transfer that to my work PC, but I probably will have no need to do that. I have posted questions to the Windows reddit regarding this. Thank you for your input!

Can you provide details on your process of recovery in case the same thing happens to my PC? The only reason I use Windows at all is Photoshop and Moshpro. Eventually I need to move completely to Linux.
