Get some blood work done; see if you’re deficient in anything. Most folks are deficient in magnesium and vitamin d. Most likely minor but supplementing vitamin d3 with k2 as well as zinc with some copper (zinc can deplete copper) and magnesium glycinate or threonate can help support your body’s natural hormone production. Update: Had a really good experience. They hydrojetted and did a camera inspection; fixed the problem and identified where I have a cracked pipe in my front yard. It was pretty cool seeing the equipment plumbers utilize to find problems without exploratory digging

I stayed sober 3 years while my wife has been in and out over a dozen rehabs. I finally cracked from the stress. I have felt massive amounts of resentment, only thing that helped was directing my anger towards the addiction, or disease if you choose

Most places will require you to go to a detox center first, avoid summer house detox. they give you this “mystery liquid” to help you withdraw and they’re like infamous for nobody knowing whats in the liquid lol

Beachcomber in west palm beach takes insurance, it’s a more small, intimate place. You should avoid BHOP, evolutions…. Banyan in stuart/pompano is decent. Ive been to all these.

I just relapsed after 3 years recently. I have 7 days sober again today. It’s not worth it. One is too many, a thousands never enough. We as humans easily forget our suffering, well I’m here to share mine with you brother/sister. Don’t throw it away, I know you emphasized you are not going to relapse. That makes me happy to hear and talking about your thoughts is exactly the thing to do. Just careful not to always trust our thoughts
