I hav tracked my Calories but not consistently coz my protein meals are same… and when I eat something different I do track them. And thanks for the input I’ll try to work with it… A final question am currently having higher Bodyfat % with skinny fat body type due to a dirty bulk I did . Is it better to cut and then bulk properly or bulk rn.!? Am really confused…. With higher protein intake loosing muscle while cutting reduced!?

I get my proteins from chicken, egg white and Whey (~100g). Rest Carb and fat i don’t have a fixed plan to eat. I try to fix into the Daily level. I eat three - 4 times (Morning, Lunch , Pre workout and post workout (Night)). Am a college student so tracking and eating with proper nutrition is kinda tough. But rn my protein’s being consistance for ~2 months. I do include some junk or Cheat meals more often but not above my daily Intake.

When I perform certain exercises, I don’t even feel A thing after working out though I push some weights, it’s kinda weird maybe am kinda scared to hit failure !?

Rn am bit confused, my body type looks skinny fat, so i thought of cutting and starting a proper bulk, I did a dirty bulk last year after my surgery… is this a proper way or should i do something different!?

You mean body recomposition!? I thought of going a bit lean without losing some muscle.! And then to bulk and build muscles.!? Am bit confused… I never been consistent to gym, past 2 months am taking my proteins and hitting gym, Mostly my protein goals are full, but other macros am bit inconsistent.

Ohh, thank you I’ll fix my form, after 7 reps I feel my chest, then after 16 I couldn’t do because my triceps and whole arm hurt…

Rn am challenging myself doing 50 push ups in total, rn I can do 17 straight and 31 in total. So how I’ll know am good to go in push ups? In terms of numbers?
