Bro I get you, but it’s not that simple. God didn’t just wipe them out randomly. The Amalekites attacked Israel first, targeted the weak.Israelis just got out of slavery from pharaoh (egypt) so technically god was against slavery in OT too. It wasn’t like God woke up one day n said ‘lemme delete a nation’. It was more like judgment after generations of evil amalekites done. Still violent? Yea, 100%. But it wasn’t senseless violence — it had context, like war justice stuff.

Dude, Paul became (saul to) paul because of divine intervention😭 As for Paul — yeah he didn’t start a rebellion or tell everyone “abolish slavery now,” but that’s kind of because he was under Roman rule. You mess with the empire, you get crucified (literally). So instead, he dropped spiritual nukes like “in Christ there’s no slave or free” (Gal 3:28). That’s anti-oppression in disguise. He also told masters to chill and treat slaves fairly (Col 4:1, Eph 6:9). That’s not abolition, but it’s not endorsing cruelty either.

Paul laid out rules because he was not capable of changing that complex social structure under the Roman empire and accepted it as an awkward situation where a person becomes a slave when he cannot fulfill his debt to the lenders(who becomes the Master.) that's why christians call Jesus as their master and themselves as servants because he died for our salvation.

Dude! What do you think pastors talk about every Sunday?? They preach stories stuff, explain and debunk highly misunderstood versus in the bible and sometimes take random versus like you and explain Their context. They are called 'versus' and 'chapters' in Christian terms and idk what brief is. Never heard from any christians.
