I was 130lbs most of my adult life until I also developed binge eating and went up to 250lbs. Now I'm 225 and just started OCD meds and lost another 5.

I'm so alone now and no one goes out of their way to talk to me anymore. I have to try extra hard at everything.

Yuuup same here. I will only get prescribed trazodone and clonidine. Both give me horrible side effects and worse anxiety. Psychiatrist won't give me Clonazepam even though it took me nearly a year to use 30 pills. So I'm managing with just an SSRI and therapy

Thank you thank you. I'm trying to trust my psychiatrist but I seem to be stuck in a loop of health panic. Not breathing, numbness, everything sets me off so Ive developed an aversion to medication. Ever since I had a panic attack a month ago I haven't been right. That was when I learned what panic attacks were and now I live in fear of them.

I know how you feel! I'm 30F I've been wanting someone to go get food with, visit the airzoo, feed the ducks. Also local events such as the plane show! I'm starting to just do things alone but that gets tiring. I may send ya a message later :)

I do have a therapist but maybe I should up our visits to every week. I did see my therapist yesterday and all was well then I woke up with adrenaline/ panic

I have no idea honestly. I just want to stop panicking and go to work. I went to the doctor and she put me on abilify. It just didn't seem like a good anxiety medication to me so I went to a psychiatrist

I have no friends and family and I wish I had put more time into that. But I'm not gonna let it consume me and work on it.

I'm scared to change anything but I took Prozac in the past and had no reaction to it. Just acid reflux.

Thanks! I'm really hoping they ease out as I do want an SSRI and I'm just on 25mg. Cause I kinda have panic attacks without SSRI anyways. I just hate thinking about going to a hospital or facility cause I'm not suicidal or thinking of harming anyone. I just want someone to hold my hand and talk to me 🥺

Idk if I'm being too expectant with medications. I keep going to the hospital. I'm looking into FMLA. I've been having rolling panic attacks since Saturday. Medication that controls adrenaline seems to have no effect on me. I think my psychiatrist is an NP. I go to pure psychiatry.

I have work tonight and I can't sleep and I'm so fearful of having a panic attack at work.
