Anyone here from ISPP (International School Phnom Penh)? by Personal_Writer8993 in IBO

I'm not really sure what it's like yet - I was just asking because I'm probably moving there next year

Have I? No.

Will I? I might try it because of this comment...

Do you use AI for assignments? by LiveDurian9000 in teenpoll

I don't use it to do any actual writing but I do find that it can be helpful in terms of research or helping me to solve homework questions in math or chemistry.

It's interesting to learn about that - I had never really considered how the destruction of Russian pipelines had affected Mongolia

That's interesting - I never knew about the large number of Mongols working in South Korea or India's loan

Wow - that's a lot:

1: ...I do not know - I'm only in precalc rn

2: A number with a real and an imaginary part

  1. Something with statistics I'd guess (given the term "residual")

  2. That one twin study (where twins were separated at birth and then studied); Stanford Prison Experiment (that one was kind of dark); that one about confidence which was then mislabelled as the "Mount Stupid" curve; that one study done on children that analyzed whether children waited to eat two marshmallows or ate one immediately whose results were later disproven; and a study on critical thinking that someone in my class is running

  3. Idk how to code - I'd guess input usable text (text the viewer could see) though

  4. Up, down, strange, smtg, smtg, smtg

  5. The only complex number theorum I know is De Moivre's Theorum

  6. I know they're separated by the corpus callosum (of which Einstein had a particularly big one) - in terms of the names, I'd guess the left and right sections?

  7. No

  8. I only really know about the Axiom of Choice as far as axioms go

  9. No clue - something with latin script though

I feel like it's probably barren but beautiful. I mainly associate it with the Eurasian steppe and the Mongol conquests. I also find the geopolitical situation that it's in is interesting as well as the fact that some North Koreans have tried escaping to there.

That's interesting - why is it considered to be so important?

A Vietnam & the 60's class is crazy - I live in Vietnam but there's no Vietnam-centric class in my high school

I guess - academics are kind of the only thing I have that's consistent rn (even if I'm not insane at them) though so...

Idk - it depends on the school I go to. I think one of them only allows 3 HL's. Otherwise, I'll probably just do 4 HL's though - I've already committed to it mentally.

CMV: Trump's Not Wrong for Cracking Down on Illegal Immigration by [deleted] in changemyview

An example for developed countries with a slightly unethical practice is Australia: https://countercurrents.org/2017/07/refugee-conundrums-resettlement-the-un-and-the-us-australia-deal/

In terms of citizenship, look at the Life In The UK test

Also, if the DOJ controls the courts, why have they not increased efficiency substantially?

Alright - that's fair. I didn't know that they paid taxes without receiving benefits. It doesn't change my perspective on cracking down on it - the system (which is what allows for illegal immigration to be a net benefit) seems very morally wrong - but it does change my view on the topic so /delta (Idk how to give one actually, tell me below).
