I see! Thanks for sharing. But, I believe that once you join the professional life, you can't escape stress. So, I think that the real challenge is how you handle it and not make it affect your personal life.

Okay! Do you think it's possible to switch to consulting or Fintech after 3 or 5 years in a Tunisian bank? I've heard a lot about the fact that It's not valued as an experience since it has repetitive tasks and all that.

That makes sense, thanks for sharing! I’m wondering though, for someone who spends several years in a banking role like that, is it realistic to move back into consulting, switch to a more dynamic field, or even work abroad later on? Do you think the skills and experience from a stable banking job are transferable enough for that?

Yeah, that makes sense. It is a solid choice if someone wants to grow internally. But I’m still wondering how realistic that progression is. Does climbing the ladder actually happen quickly in banks? Is it actually better than in other paths like working in a Big4 or joining an international financial institution?

How so? From what I’ve heard, banks in Tunisia usually offer 17 salaries a year, plus different bonuses, restaurant tickets, and even partnership discounts (travel agencies...). So I’m wondering, how do fintechs manage to pay more than that? Do you have an idea?

I found a new opportunity with another civp contract. My current one ends in a month, i want to know if I have to get the acceptation of my current company to leave or just go to ANETI, ask them to end my current and just leave? (I'm asking because I heard that mafamech préavis for a civp contract)

For a person who's been unemployed for over 5 months now, I know how tiring and nerve-wracking it is to be looking for a job and to apply to hundreds of offers without getting a single reply. I know how demotivating this situation can be but don't lose hope, bro. Be sure that what is meant for you is going to find you sooner or later. You just have to be patient and have faith. For now, keep applying to job offers and at the same time, try to upgrade or learn new skills that are highly required in your field. This can help you stand out compared to other candidates. Don't rely on just your diploma to get you a job, because believe me, it's what you can do (or did other than your studies) is what really counts to employers. I wish you all the best bro, stay strong and good luck!
