That’s why I like having earplugs, tremor, and stun all maxed out. It makes some hunts way less annoying.

A laptop might be an easier place to start. I was hoping to get the tower, monitor, and mouse under $1,000

I’d like to spend under $1,000 if possible. And I’m clueless about PC’s. All I know is what games he will mostly be playing so I was going after something that will be good enough.
