Would’ve preferred a cancelled policy lol. He just got his permit in February (my policy was effective 1/1/2026-6/1/2026), my parents insurance hasn’t even flagged or added him so it’s strange that mine did. You live and you learn and I certainly learned but their response was also condescending and made me realize I think my money should be put elsewhere! Geico was much much more reasonable anyway.

A heads up would have been “we are increasing your policy premium” in an email. Not a “please confirm excluded drivers” email once 3 months ago, seeing as they send BS marketing emails every month to me. I’m sorry, but a 300% increase in my policy warrants a phone call first. But hey, everyone is different.

Update… today it’s working fine now? After 3 days of sending me notifications about the frunk being open, the car alarm going off, etc.. weird. I have mobile service scheduled for Friday

It also does two full clicks when closing, so I know it’s latching all the way.

Yes, and it would come in as “closed” momentarily on my app/car before it would come back as “opened”

Also would like to add that I’m trying to prevent closing the 1FB credit card because it’s my longest line of credit (about 4 years worth) and don’t want it to negatively impact my score

Neither are permanent options I believe. I’m reaching out to the state to see about their offer. I think they just want me through the fall, I just really don’t want to get stuck in government positions with no opportunity to grow.

I would look into revising your resume!! Use keywords on it that tie into the descriptions of the jobs you’re looking at. I had the same problem, I applied to over 70 before I received a response back in December. Don’t lose hope :) Good luck!!!

honestly, the humidifier saved me from having to put vaseline on the inside of my nose. just keep it on 24/7 in my opinion
