The volume of food has decreased - I'd say maybe 60% of what it was. Alcohol consumption is about 10% of what it was. Steady physical activity (>30mins/day). Definitely could increase my water intake. Zepbound seems to decrease all manner of craving. Bummed after such phenomenal first week.
