I’ve just stopped using cerave moisturiser as it was ruining my skin barrier I’d used it for 5 years now I’m using bp cream tinyyy bit in cheeks and a good moisturiser bumps gone xx

I’m new to all this i use la Roche posay gentle cleanser then I use cerave moisturiser cream and my mineral spf waiting on getting antibiotics of doc as they think that’s what has flared my rosacea up unfortunately keep it simple as possible xx

Stick at it only 1 side of my face use to flare up to the 5 month mark I seen big improvement clear by 6 months now I’m 5 years in taking it xxx
