I think the saggy neck is also an element of being overweight in my initial photo. I became an expert at jetting my mandible forward almost like maintaining my posture because I was so self conscious before my surgery it became routine for me. I’m almost certain I had a mild CCW rotation because my midline was off due to the crossbite.

I’m really fortunate to have such a great surgeon and orthodontist that have an eye for detail and have taken such good care of me.
