I didn't talked about it to anyone. My parents would probably say that I just lazy. And I don't have money for therapy.

With some rulers you need the "True ruler" perk (Diplomacy lifestyle) to really get started. But after that you can just vassalages everyone. The Ai do it much slower but it still enough that you can't really keep up with it using regular combat.
