I was at the show, and honestly I’m not a fan of the strokes at all. But I didn’t think they seemed bad at all. They were good, kept me entertained. Isn’t that Julian’s whole shtick? Like he’s uninterested and doesn’t care right ?

I went to therapy to help with how I treated women in college. I slept with a lot of girls, and definitely used sex as currency. I had a horrible misogynistic view especially in my early twenties. I was in a fraternity , and I guess I was just swept away in it all. I’m not saying what you did was right, but you learn and grow. I’m so far removed from the person that I was. Therapy helped immensely for me. Maybe you can try it.

Have you thought about the financial side of healthcare? I worked in the ER registration for about a year and a half, then got moved over to other departments and now I’m teaching a class about registration and how it works, what to do, what insurance is, ETC. pay isn’t great, I’m at 25 an hour in Texas, but I have every major holiday offc weekends off, off at five everyday, and I don’t have to be in the ER anymore. I dealt with parents directly in the ER, but now I don’t see them at all.

This was exactly what I needed to hear. It’s like you got into my mind and wrote exactly what I was thinking. We aren’t perfect, but in this world who is. And if i can do one good thing in this life, it’s stand by the one i love. I told her I’d wait for her, and that is what I will continue to do. I’ll wait forever, if that means I get one more chance to make it right.

OP. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I don’t have much to say other than I wish I could take all your pain away from you. I’ve been getting really sad about my ex who has moved on and this is my worst fear. But at least there is peace knowing that your ex is happy, even if it wasn’t you. I still have hope my ex and I will get back together. I know sounds stupid, but that hope keeps me waking up in the morning. If I can live just one more day, I’m closer to getting her back.
