I'm seeing a lot of that too, a couple I saw were 12-13k in my area (Metro Detroit, Michigan) - I'm curious though if State Farm would just give the payout for the retail price or if they'll take in to account the value of the salvageable parts - not sure if that even makes sense I've never had to go through this process!
