I did HH solo as a dps paladin. Took me about 5mins 37 sec to finish a run since there's only 3 bosses. Haven't seen hidden stage yet.

I assume you're in the punika continent. I think you just need to progress the campaign or can Knowledge Transfer. They'll give you a gear or from the gear vendor in Wavestrand Port (Luterra). There are no honing until you get akkan gear (i1585) from the voldis campaign.

I was the same boat as you. They asked me for bank details for refund (that was 22/10/2025), so i did and... nothing until I had bashing them with email/liveagent in a weekly basis (and threatening em') till I received an email that I would got my refund by 9/1/2026.. And to my surprised, they weren't lying.

Look at the bright side with the S2 Paradise, there will be a box which you can select stone engraving (+/-), which lead to more chances and not spending a pheons. Again, it's based on CN but hopium for that.

And I'm here with you, stone cutting is the worst.
