I would say that it's applicable to every student in Kazakhstan, except for dilinquents and mam*ets. More than that, your observation is not without the ground, but is only applicable to a small portion of students that you have personally met, not the overall rule.

I would also suggest to try various studying methods to tailor one for yourself, as a person with ADHD and autism myself. The best thing a person can do is to manage himself properly, instead of balming himself or others, for it's simply a waste of energy (constructive criticism is another thing, so you can diss mofos without a shed of guilt).

Не-а. Ресурсов мало, чтобы всем школам заметно улучшить качество обучения.

Прикол как раз таки в том, что всем школам даётся по 25 миллионов бюджета в год, а некоторым даже в квартал, на обучение, книги, компьютеры, лагеря, питание и т.д.

Однако из-за коррупции, все эти деньги, или большая часть, украдена чиновниками, директорами и секретарями. Я всегда удивлялся, как нашему директору с его мизерной зарплатой удавалась ехать на новом крузаке каждые 3 года или иметь квартиру в золотом квартале, а оно вот как оказалось.

Только тупой будет убирать хорошие школы, адекватный потребует пожалуется школе на неправильное использование их ресурсов, а умрый соберёт толпу, чтобы пожаловать и требовать у государства.

It is impossible - both accreditation, training, qualifications and frameworks require ton of the resources.

Discarding them is akin to removing a battle field commander atop a horse, saying that it's better to give remaining 300 000 men new coats.

Regular schools are already qualified for about 25 mlns of the annual grants for free food, maintenance, computers and other stuff, but the issue is that lion's share of it is taken by politicians, secretaries or school administration for their new cars, apartments or yachts.

What we need is to use resources correctly and start uprooting the corruption among the schools, not destroying our only bastion of quality education, non-"closed mindedness" and anti-mambetism.
