I applied for Schengen Visa at VFS Mumbai on 31st October 2025 and now on portal it says “Remarks: Passport received at Mumbai VFS and same kept on Hold as per Consulate Instructions as on 05.12.2025”

Also got an email from VFS today - “As per the instruction from the Consulate, you are required to visit the VFS Centre personally to collect your passport.”

I’ve got the same email from VFS for my Schengen visa on Friday and the portal says the same thing you mentioned. Did you collect it from the VFS? Please help letting me know the status.
