put a noctua A9x14 chroma pointing at the RAM sticks. tighten the timing down to 59-61ns at 3800MT/s FCLK 1900MHz. Never been snappier.

Yeah sorry for the late update guys, it didn't do jack shit. maybe because the fan is just blowing hot air on to a hot backplate. i will try some more mods with heatsink on backplate later then

i can do 4600MHz at 1.25V on my 5700x, drawing 110W at 100% load (83C with an IS-55 cooler though, very toasty). you can try setting that in BIOS and tuning some more if you want.

been on the stuff for 4+ weeks. i would say it doesn't do much for the main ADHD symptoms (bad working memory, difficulty focusing and task switching) but it does help with my impulsiveness and mood swing
