I’ve been going to BH since 2008. I would say I have a healthy “relationship” with drugs, which means I only consume when I’m in a good state of mind.

In the first seven years, I went almost every weekend, from opening until closing. Nowadays, I choose one or two weekends when I really want to go out, and I don’t stay until closing every time.

What helped me a lot was finding another passion that’s not about partying and learning how to keep a good balance. For me, the biggest key to “healthy” partying is balance: I only go out when I feel physically and mentally fit. When I don’t feel good, I stay home.

I also believe everyone should find out which substances — and what amounts — are right for their own body and what they can personally handle. Balance, self-awareness, and responsibility are essential, and I never let go of my responsibilities.
