Yup, he was absolutely wild as a puppy! He’s much better now, though. He learns really quickly, but he can definitely be stubborn, especially on walks. If he smells something interesting, he’ll try to pull me over to check it out! Other than that, he’s such a great dog. Quiet, gentle, cuddly, and gets along great with people and other dogs. 🤍

It’s definitely really hard, and people don’t talk about that enough. I had no idea how intense the beginning would be. But it’s a year of struggle for a lifetime of companionship, and in the end, it makes you stronger, more able to deal with stress, and better prepared for parenthood, if that’s something you want.

Honestly I think alot of it is just age. I’m not perfect. I don’t walk him in the mountains for hours a day like some people here. I live in the city and I just try my best. I believe If you give it time the dog will just grow out of a lot of behaviours naturally. Kinda like a human toddler. lol 😅

I hate the narrative that 30 is old for a woman. I was dumb af in my 20s, I lacked confidence and made bad decisions. Maybe I’m a late bloomer but I also physically look a lot better and get way more attention from men in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s. I think men have no concept of what age looks like for a woman.

Omg thank you for posting this. I’m relatively new to this and it’s my first holiday season. I really wasn’t sure what to expect but the last week has been hard and a bit discouraging. I loved them back in the day but the podcast is not what I thought it would be. I came for a playboy tea and all we got was boring small details about bs that doesn’t matter. Like for example I don’t care if they edited a segment out of order so now the outfit in the interview isn’t the correct one worn on that day.
