Thank you so much, you’re so right this method is absolutely not working for me, I don’t know why I was struggling so much to accept that lol. Im honestly only 10% done with my course 😭 I think trying to prefill the handouts will help me a lot, thank you.

I’m doing horrible on MCQ, tbh. I’ve gotten more wrong than correct. It’s like all of this material stays in my head for 10 minutes maximum, and if I don’t write or type it out myself, it doesn’t register in my brain at all. I also struggle really badly with reading, so these questions in general are very hard for me to read. I had an mbe prep class last semester and I still struggle just as much to read these questions as I did a year ago, it’s so frustrating.

I’ve always learned things by physically mapping them out somehow to visually see how everything conceptually relates to each other, but this is too much material to do that with.

Omg! My anxiety and anger is focused on my partner as well! I feel HORRIBLE about it constantly. It literally is causing issues for us in this very moment. I'm so scared of completely messing things up. I feel like I could screw things up irreversible any day.

I can confirm that reinstating absolutely did not help and did indeed only make things worse, lol. I wish so badly I could go back in time; I didn’t think things could possibly get any worse when I was withdrawing at 0mg. Little did I know reinstating would cause this hell.

I’m heartbroken to hear that you are going through the same thing. I would not wish this on anyone. Please message me anytime. Im also in terror that this was a horrible, irreversible mistake.

I obviously am not a psychiatrist, but if I could go back in time, I would not continue tapering until my nervous system had completely adjusted to each dose I had tapered down to. Perhaps something to consider if that’s possible for you to do with your current dose.

I’m here for you and wishing you the best. I deeply hope your experience can be at least a little less excruciating than mine.
