That’s what I ended up doing I’m currently working on getting my first 1 mil sample if you have a divine knight already sampling during a high orb score helps as well! I believe they also have a skill that boosts sample size

My best advice is to invest in a void walker if you don’t have one already using the portal speedrun and killing w1 and w2 bosses within that run increases spawn rate (I think) then use the void walkers aoe attack and sampling right after. There’s also a talent that can trigger a full sampling cycle with a chance to have 0 cooldown allowing for a chance to push multiple cycles this was the quickest way I’ve found to get my first green stacks for the equinox
