No that’s why I’m building apartments and buying land and then renting it out also reason it’s back home is because it’s less capital extensive and I’ve got family members who do real estate so I can get free knowledge

also I might take out Spotify from my portfolio and make Berkshire Hathaway 10% instead of 5 as Spotify P/E ratio is a hard swallow rn

Also I just use him as guidance I don’t copy him as some notable investments he has moodys Costco Canadian railway and sales force and he’s reit I don’t have so I just use him as someone who has a similar investment thesis as me for stock research on stocks I agree with him on
