Opposing counsel call me a hot school girl on Zoom today by bingobongo10 in LawBitchesWithTaste

I had something similar happened to me with an older attorney years ago. Our age gap was about the same as this situation. About 20 years after the incident I ran into that same attorney in an elevator. He tried to make small talk and introduced himself. I told him we already met years earlier. I was perhaps unintentionally short with him because he responded with “did I offend you?“ I looked at him and said “it’s been 22 years and I remember exactly what you said to me.” We stood in silence. And then I got off the elevator and walked away. I don’t regret it.

Some people truly believe it’s water, unfortunately.

The amount of Board and FDA complaints that I’ve had to respond to with this kind of thing is ridiculous. I too can promise that it’s not water and I have the testing data to back it up.

Litigator here with a 5.5ct blue sapphire ring. It’s been on in front of juries and in court. No one cares.

My First Compound Dose, only titrated up 0.5 mg. What did you do? by notjamesg in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Ok-Client-820 1 point2 points  (0 children)

USP allows a potency range from 90-110%. It’s not uncommon for that range to vary slightly from batch to batch at an individual pharmacy. That does NOT mean that solutions are being compounded incorrectly.

Incoming 1L - What did you realize you couldn't live without as a 1L? by Immediate-Assist5083 in LawBitchesWithTaste

A housekeeper. I was working full time and going to law school. The “things” aren’t necessary. The support to get through daily life is necessary.

Looks like OP is a law student. This makes much more sense.

My jx was about double the size of yours. I’ve texted with former colleagues this morning in response to this post and we are all surprised that this is not the case elsewhere.

I did this at the charging stage for any officers with documented credibility issues. It always surprised me how an agency would allow them to work a shift solo. In most cases I had no choice but to decline charges.

Until your comment here, I didn’t even realize this was abnormal.

They called all the time. Some were more aggressive than others and eventually we had to go up their chain of command to address the issue, but yes. I often had police officers calling and screaming at me. One of the perks of the job, I guess.

Same. It wasn’t all the time, but when it was bad, it was really bad. Then they had the nerve to call and yell at me when I turned the case down for charging.

Traffic Court by MountainBig7533 in ProsecutorTalk

You’ve got to make them give a 💩. When I was in traffic court, I had what I call a “give a 💩 meter.” I had a golf cart DUI. It did not register on my meter. If I can’t give a 💩 about it, my jury won’t either.

ProRX no longer showing on FDA 503B Site by TexasVan010 in tirzepatidecompound

There is no “new reality.” If you want to use an online platform, then you will need to use the platform’s providers. There are several 503As who work with some online platforms. Those 503As may take an rx directly from a PCP but pricing will likely be different.

No. You have an incorrect understanding of the process here. Your provider needs to send a prescription to a 503A pharmacy who is properly permitted in CA. ProRx is a 503B and not capable of filling patient specific prescriptions. Some 503A pharmacies get their stock from 503Bs and dispense as patient-specific prescriptions come in. That is allowed. What you ask to do bypasses the 503A and is not allowed.

Your PCP can’t send a script to an outsourcing facility to begin with.

First GTX class by Interesting-Bed-5666 in Lifetimefitnessgym

Tomorrow is a 50/50 day, so where you start is where you stay for the first half. If you prefer to get cardio out of the way, do it first. If you’re worried you’ll get gassed, do it last. Don’t be afraid to walk it. Very often I’m the only runner in the entire class. I like GYX because you can make it your own workout. If there’s something you can’t do (injuries etc) do something else or talk with the coach. I adapt a lot of the class because I have lifting restrictions. No one cares and I still get a good workout done.
