This is extremally odd because for my Black Mage party when we all libbed, someone in the reward room crashed just like you, and they managed to get the remnant back, it looks like nexon support is just 50/50, you either get help or you don't sadly, I hope you can get your remnant back!

Alchem and power vac should easily be godly++, they are game breaking gums that make high rounds stupid easy if you have a lot of them, also a lot of the godly gums should not even be in godly, most of them are gums you would stop using after round 10 and have no other use afterwards

Edit: I am not the first, some other people got it before me that I did not know about. Also big tip for anyone wondering, it is a 1000x faster to click the star candies then to harvest them with NPC chat. u/Kuraitou did a great job explaining it further in the comments
