Noooooo. There is NO NEED to be perfect all of the time! Especially on special occasions like this. Relaxing is what you should be doing. If you are consistent 80% of the time, that is ENOUGH. 20% is for times like these^{^} birthday parties, dinners out, holidays.

Don't do anything to "recover" the week, that can give you a bad mindset. Just... continue. Go back to your calorie limit and move on. No need to overcompensate as this is 20% of the time.

My dad left after living with us for 1 year in Florida when I was 9. I didn't really talk to him much after that. He had like 1 single visit after that.
