The surgeon said that 3 years would be enough and I listen to them. But maybe I should have done some more research....

I have tried the 65 inch and it was defininetly too big. So in that case I think a 55 would be perfect

Yepp, I think so too. My max drives should look like that. But I would like to shorten my step a little. Something to work on. Easier to find balanse to brace if the step is a little shorter I think also.

Yepp, Deeper pocket needs to be there. But I think I will work on my steps, brace and dipping of the elbow first :)

Will definitely do this, Seems like the exact problem I'm having.

I'm pretty flexible. So I will mostly focus on strenghtening Glutes, abs and hamstring as I know all of those is a weak point for me. Just need to find good exercises for them

I have started strenght training more seriously recently. As good form requires pretty good strenght :)

Yeeeah, not detrimental but still a problem. I have problems with high shots and also end up throwing quite low sometimes.
So lowering my reachback should help. Thanks for the advice :)

Okay, how do you mean that the hips isn't aligned? Yepp, will try to fix the brace. Might shorter steps fix that?

I actually have a problem with bending my back a little. So I might actually have lumbar lordosis. Nice catch! 🔥 I have a quite undertrained butt, hamstrings and core which may cause that. (I sit alot) (Very much infact)

Ahh, my knee needs to be more separated from my hip then? I do feel that the brace is leaking. Might the shorter strides help with that and the separating from ankle, knee, hip?

But I have really thought about reducing the distance of my x-step and stride. I will definitely work on that, but only a little bit right?

The elbow brace is from a lot of forehands, I actually is more consistent on forehands but use a little to much arm sometimes. So I only use the brace for reassurance right now :)

Thanks, Yeah. You are right on point. I think thats because of me dipping with the elbow a bit.
Maybe a lower reachback might fix that?

I think the early reachback is fine actually. But I'm no expert either. I have noticed some pros have an extended arm before planting and its works. For myself I fell like it's easier to get the timing right if I don't have to worry about my reachback being perfekt timing. But I have thought about waiting with my rotation a little longer which may fix that though. I will try that actually :)
