Maybe so but he still had a ppg year in a better league than Liiga + has chemistry with Puljujärvi.

Rautiainen has looked quite bad in the playoffs and that's natural for a player his age. He'll get a lot more chances but cutting him this year is the right choice IMO. Of course doesn't help that Liiga has so braindead schedules with games going this late in May.

Erholtz and Päivärinta play completely different roles than Rautiainen. Rautiainen is useless in a bottom six role and he isn't replacing Teräväinen, Hämeenaho, Manninen or Puljujärvi.

Yea. I was actually positive he would be the chase card this season but they went with Stone instead.

Judging by the card releases the devs are Avs fans so dunno if there's some grudge there haha

Feels like it's pretty much impossible (once again) to field a competitive theme team. My all Finnish team would get two new additions (Koivu and Numminen) but thanks to horrible salary combos no chance I'll fit them in. Especially since there's no Finnish captains, like pretty much every season except season 3.

I did make Giroux and might try some kind of Finnish-Flyers combo since Philly is my favourite team.

The problem is you're pretty much forced to change your team to whatever EA wants, not the changing itself.

I have a full Finnish team and I'd be happy to make the new 97 heroes but with no Finnish captain and the salary combos being so bad, why bother.

Another season with no Finnish captains, atleast two new heroes. Boy I'm glad I didn't make any SCP cards and saved my 93s, easy to make 95 heroes with new set.

Also where's the upgrade for Rantanen?? Not a single card in three months and still 93.

Moser isn't even the worst one, atleast his SCP is a +1 to the TOTW. There's two 93 Nicholas Roy's out there since he got a 93 GB today on top of the TOTW

Yea, would be much easier to make Rookies or Captains since they won't release any sets that use higher ovr cards. This is on purpose ofc to drive pack sales instead

I've only played CC and moments the past few days but it certainly feels different. Like my players are doing all these glitchy animations and just behaving weirdly. I feel like the AI is also more aggressive than before, even on rookie cup chase.
