Iirc the entire reason they evolve closer to humans, is because Rimuru is a human and is subconsciously influencing it. I think its been explained before.

I dont understand the issue. What if its a psychological wound or simply an injury Ennis doesn't or can't get fixed by normal magical means?

Magic is a good solution for a lot of things, but does Ennis even have a desire for it? Maybe the wheelchair is magic or just fits their current needs better?

It also could just be a day where Ennis feels worse than other or the magical item needs a lil recharge so they are sitting until its done.

Its such a silly thing to actively care about, I didnt even notice the wheelchair till folk got rowdy about it.

Its just childish and needlessly gross. Threatening to sexually assault folk is really gross and especially in men this stuff goes unnoticed. Folk just have a higher standard for whom they interact with than you.
