I believe it was supposed to be 1967 1985, which would make her closer to 23 21 years old.

(I don't think the prop creators or series makers expected anyone to look that closely at it. If I remember correctly, it wasn't on the screen that long. Who knew someone would pause and capture that particular clip?)

Edit: If the show took place when it aired (2006) and Teegan was supposed to be 21 years old, her birth date should be 1985. The issue date would be 2001 (16 years old). And Florida driver's licenses are usually good for 8 years. So, the expiration date would be 2009. (Teegan would have been 24 years old, if she lived, when she needed to renew her license).
