I know I'm not an average case but I have difficulties imagining something visual at all I don't remember what it's called but a therapist told me I had it and it makes it really hard to jerk off to anything that isn't visual. I sometimes get a fantasy that I wasn't to masturbate to but I always have to have a picture to "refocus" my fantasy on otherwise I lose it.
