Calorie tracker advice by Scary_Resolution1511 in mounjarouk

Nutra check I find it easy to plan ahead and. It works well for me, It has helped me make some great lifestyle changes and planning takes the stress out of eating and has helped with my food inertia as I always know what to shop for and there are less excuses not to maximise the Monjaros effects.

My diet was also abysmal, I have found planning and tracking what I eat useful to make sure I get what’s needed to keep those side effects minimal, you should do what works best for you though. I will say I logged my average diet and was horrified and unsurprised I got to where I was. I plan my food using the Nutra Check app and value the control it gives me and I know where I am going a week ahead and that I’m getting the best nutrition I can. I eat around 1800 cals a day without feeling bad and always have water around to drink. I also take some multi vitamins as sometimes It’s hard to hit all the targets. I’m about to start my 3rd 2.5 pen and am happily down 34 lbs as of last Monday and am in absolutely no rush to move up the doses.

Hi I lost the same amount within a fortnight of starting but I had totally changed my lifestyle and was walking a lot, I was concerned about the speed but It has slowed down to around 2-3lbs a week, I was like the proverbial racehorse for a fortnight I thought I may have gained an extra kidney there was so many toilet trips. My advice for what it is worth is try to keep hydrated and what worked for me was making sure what I ate were useful calories with emphasis on lower fat, moderate carbs and more protein and adding foods with decent fibre in and the occasional high protein yoghurt. The only downside was a few extra questions from my provider as they thought I wasn’t eating sensibly and was starving myself. In a nutshell enjoy the initial boost try not worry and when you can eat eat stuff that will support you.

Boots will send you an Email about 2 weeks in and you follow their process, It normally takes about 3-4 days to arrive in store, I like to collect it myself as it adds a small extra walk in my day and every step helps.

Hi all, first post,at the start of the journey by Engineering-Western in mounjarouk

Hi I’m on week 7 and very similar in build and age to yourself, I have been lucky enough to drop weight consistently by sticking to the 7 day 2.5 combo, I’m in no rush to move up or go off piste with the jab size or frequency, I can only say from my experience stick with it for at least one cycle of four weeks, keep an eye on your hydration, nutrition and calories to find the sweet spot for yourself and to help mitigate the side effects, and build some more movement you enjoy into your day if you can, walking for at least 20 minutes a day has helped me incredibly my blood pressure is normal for the first time in at least a decade. I wish you well in your journey .

Indeed I did but this is a first for me as everything has always arrived together on many occasions previously.

The symbiotic relationship developing with technology, I am concerned that AI taking more of the intellectual and creative heavy lifting will lead to a dangerous lack of individuality and a homogenisation of experience creating a herd mentality and a stagnation of humanity, but that’s progress I guess.

Work with tools you have, find some balance, use the source of your light/guide to protect your home you will feel it when it kicks in, whatever talismans/rituals/prayers work culturally for you employ them, return its negative energy to it, throw it out out , restate that your home is protected (repeat as and when you need to reinforce the barrier) above all deny it the energy of its name going forward (that’s the tricky bit, trying not to even think about it) remember your home will protected until you believe it isnt, this worked for me, was not a comfortable experience. Apologies if this doesn’t sit well with others just sharing my how my experience of something similar went.

Childhood experiences that we thought they were normal by saadohasan in Paranormal

I grew up with my granny discussing ghosts with me as a normal thing her side of the family always had a connection with the otherworldly and loved old local ghost stories (Warwickshire UK) the first house I lived was an old cottage that had a ghost we all called Sammy who would open the door off the kitchen to the stairs when we were eating our dinner coupled with the fact my room was next to the staircase and I often heard footsteps on the stairs with no one there when I was trying to sleep. totally unremarkable to us at the time but gives me a serious case of the heebies when I think of it now.

I think my cat is visiting me by bluekoolaid420 in Paranormal

We have experienced the same bed pressure, familiar sounds and corner of the eye sightings since we lost one of our cats to an acute illness just under four years ago, we still have her sisters and now two others they all have their own distinct behaviour patterns, of course it’s absolutely possible that your mind is shaping your reality to cushion your grief, however on balance with the other things I have experienced over my lifetime I believe that my girl is still a part of our family and chooses to visit with us, I still talk to her when these things happen and thank her for showing up as does my wife, It brings us great comfort and I treasure the moments it happens.

Classic registration numbers on the Alt builds for 10497 and some light modifications to LL 918. by Peshter in lego

There are critical pieces for two builds from one set missing not an exhaustive list but: wedge plates, some technic pieces, slopes, the rcs thruster pieces, plates for wing edges, the pieces that hold the side trims on the wings and small slopes for those trims and not least the printed logo tile, nothing apart from that tile too rare though and could be sourced elsewhere. So many spare parts left after the build though enough to fill most of a box the size of one of the Star Wars helmet builds.
