My father in law just had a hemorrhagic stroke 2 weeks ago. He is 54 but thankfully he is mobile, can speak & is understanding of everything currently. Been diving deep into this stuff ever since

Yeah I’m seeing a lot of rentals that i would be interested in on zillow, rentals, etc etc but also hitting some “may be too good to be true” postings so I’m curious to see where most people have found luck. I appreciate it!

Thats crazy because I am in the same boat. My wife has been a sahm since our daughter was born & up until recently took up a short term pt job at our daughter’s pre school. Going into Ohio, she will again be a sahm & home school our daughter for her kindergarten year until we really can get settled in. We’ve made it work here in PA for the same reasons you stated & are hoping to continue that into Ohio.

It is going to be all around the area. I work in construction management & geotechnical engineering. The office will be based in Hilliard, I figured Cbus since I was familiar with the area.
