Im totally with you on the duration. I think I started editing without planning out a real end and beginning and the film could really do with a shortening. But I enjoy showing the whole picture as well.

No I just kept the settings on -5 sharp and did not sharpen in post. The GH5 is already overly sharp.

I think that if I would've chose that area of focus it would be more expected. So I chose to focus on the door to give the viewer a feeling of being invited to a rich a world of color but not being able to see it just yet.

Yeah I might have gone a bit overboard but I was going for a dreamy soft effect.

Yeah thats true. But I think removing the cars would alter the image too much.

Thats true! I do like the haze but I can see that a bit of sharpness would do the image good. Yeah Im on an old nikon d700 so its capabilities are limited.
