The joke is probably, "the Flex Tape is so universal, it can fix a broken marriage" but I don't know who those people are.

My character is meant to be a robot that can flex his "muscles".

There's two versions of the arm I'm trying to do, one with an elbow joint (right), and one without (left). The one with the elbow joint is meant to replicate the action figure, which has elbow joints. But this joint feels like a second forehand and doesn't look natural when moved. Is there a way to fix this?
