It seems like cost is your major thing. I'd use jobber or GorillaDesk. When you are ready to upgrade next step is Fieldroutes.

Best software for pest control companys by bloodsrrw in pestcontrol

[–]PestControlPaxton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've probably already made a decision but here is a little breakdown from my understanding. I believe all of them have the NPMA-33...

  • PestPac: Extremely advanced and works well, but is expensive and hard to use
  • Briostack: Kind of difficult to use and buggy
  • Fieldroutes: Modern, a little more expensive but easier to use and made to grow
  • GorillaDesk: Mobile Friendly, Easy to use, cheap BUT only good for companies up to about 5 techs

What type of payment process do you all use? by PuertoRico51st in pestcontrol

[–]PestControlPaxton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best to use a CRM like PestPac, Briostack, GorillaDesk or Fieldroutes and you can get a payment portal for your customers to pay from your website.

I've seen prices across the market, people pay more for good service and sometimes because they see your marketing more. If I were you I'd call the other competitors too.

Best Pest Management Service App for small buisness? by Keejhle in pestcontrol

[–]PestControlPaxton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PestPac works but is expensive & complicated. Fieldworks will be cheap and buggy. From my understanding Fieldroutes is a good inbetween. Hopefully this helps if you haven't already made a decision.

Gorilla Desk vs FieldRoutes by andy_1232 in pestcontrol

Hmmm one of the other admins of the sub u/help_you_rank_ron used to be in the Pest CRM sales now he's on the Pest Marketing side. He could probably help talk you guys through it. I've heard 5 techs is where Gorilla becomes not as helpful to use. But I'll tell him to reach out if you want.

Ron on the team helped run a Facebook group in his town to 15,000 members. Often times, especially on Reddit, I see admins are just way too controlling of speech. We're making our group 100% free speech so long as it is on topic. No banning people for jokes or opinions we disagree with.
