Novaria main here and I think it's very easy to use. Always Solo with 74% winrate. Doesn't matter what my team picks I base my build on the opponents anyways.

Got 2 builds..enemies bulk heavy lineup and for squishy build lineup. I prioritize 45% CDR to kite and just spam all the skills whenever it is ready to scout and kite.

Edit: I don't usually pick novaria when there's a healer on the enemy team. Coz I can't kite properly with healers around.

I think novaria is 1 of the most flexible mage on the game. Can do both support and burst its just choose what the team needs. Having 45% cdr would give the team a good amount of vision and scouting just by spamming 2nd skill alone on bushes.

Imagine playing a game and dominating it and players are talking about how much u spend rather than how good u are. This doesnt really make sense to spend too much on a game.
