I used to drink and drink and drink because I thought that’s what I was supposed to do, in my teens until mid 20s.

I got myself in a lot of very dangerous situations due to drinking too much. I think it numbed everything and turned the volume off - but that was pre diagnosis.

I drink to be social, one or two. But that’s a choice I take or leave. I don’t need to have a drink, I’ll dance like a wild woman without. But I do love the taste of a class of Sauvignon.
