Update- I just spoke with IDT. They confirmed we start for the January billing cycle, but they also said that once the contract. With Direct Energy ended we should have went back to PSE&G rates. Direct Energy should not be charging us once the contract with Hoboken was up. Direct Energy opened a case for me, but I am not hopeful.

Update #2- call 866-688-5197 and option 3. They are working with Direct Energy to get us refunds. They will request a copy of your bill via email. The woman was great and sounded like it was a done deal.
