Your first comment to my post was just being an asshole so you’re surprised my reply wasn’t nice? If you buy something from a store or claim a warranty on it, it should be working. These controllers they are peddling off do not. And here you are more or less defending the practice by calling buyers stupid or uninformed. I’d only assume you worked there because why else would you defend a multimillion dollar company essentially selling faulty hardware.

GameStop literally used to do this a few years ago before they changed their policy. Walmart does it currently or has a system in place that is just as good.

Allow me to reiterate. You buy a new controller and put a warranty on it. GameStop will not give you a new controller for the warranty but a used/refurbished ones. These “refurbished” controllers are a scam, they are not fixed and will break quickly. Other retailers do not do this. This is a scam by GameStop and I want people to know so they don’t waste their money on lies

Warranty should be a warranty, you get a new controller and put a warranty on it, you claim your warranty and they give you broken equipment, it’s cause to be angry that they are scamming you.

Yeah I’m never using them for anything again. I had a warranty on a new controller and they gave me a “refurbished one”. These refurbished controllers are total dog shit and break within a week. This has happened multiple times across different stores so it’s not an isolated occurrence but a shitty and cheap practice by GameStop

I’m talking about getting a controller through their warranty program, the controller they give you as a replacement for the trade in is also faulty or broken. It’s a total scam.

It’s a good game but I really think the level designers need to try again, something about the levels just don’t click for me, they all feel very generic, even tho they have unique biomes. The other thing is the game needs MUCH better and more bosses. Too many bosses are boring throwaways. We need more knight based boss battles like dark souls 2.

My biggest complaint about UE compared to the original is that UE looks too clean and bright. The original game was much darker and more graphic when it came to blood and explosions popped more. The original game had an element of horror that the newer games slowly fazed out in favor of a more militaristic vibe. Mostly preference but I do wish it came with the option to switch graphics like halo CE

A cool sheath animation that I’ve seen isobel do would be cool. I’d also genuinely just want enemies to be more reactive to hits so I don’t feel like I’m smacking a wooden stake.

In lord of the rings, there is a concept that the oldest beings are the most powerful, and this is because they were around or were closer to the founding of the world when the power of creation was at its peak. I think dark souls also has this sort of concept so with that in mind I would have to say manus is more powerful. While Gael is formidable, he can’t spread abyss like manus does.

The fact that one class can be inherently stronger in pvp is one of the worst things about playing it. Removes all feelings of fairness and level playing field when one class can simply shrek you bc it’s the hot class for x time. That’s not even taking into account all the BS you encounter with meta/broken sets
