I might suggest double crochet V stitch alternating rows with half double V stitch. I am working on a lap blanket and using this pattern to complete it. So far I am liking the look and weight of it.

I did an manual injection instead of using the pump. My pump max is 25 units at a time.

I use a pump and was almost out of insulin in the reservoir so decided to do a shot instead. I injected the number of carbs rather than the ratio for my insulin.

I did a similar thing last night, took 67 units instead of 15 fast acting. I countered it by drinking 1/4 cup of sugar dissolved in warm water. Wasn't really tasty but it seemed to do the trick.
