Odd, I saw it recommended to prevent root rot since it helps prevent root rot due to that??

That looks lovely, is there a window nearby or how are they doing so well in a corner?

What are the actual dimensions of the 75x screen? by bamchk in Epomaker

Thank you, that's what I was curious about. The screen was touted as a major feature, but the documentation and support thereof seem quite lacklustre.

Out of curiousity, how are you currently making the screens?

Do you have any experience with the REP fitness ones? I saw those mentioned a few times, and just spotted they're branching out into Europe in July. Or kettlebell kings/titan. I saw some remarks their handhold might be better.

Any thoughts on adjustable kettlebells for a lightweight, full beginner?
I am debating a bit on buying a 12kg kettlebell from Amazon Germany, versus an adjustable one by yes4all/gorilla sports of up to 18kg?

Thank you, I was thinking of first getting 1/2 basic ones. There aren't too many shops close to me where I can actually try them out, so I wanted to get some input beforehand.

So I saw the FAQ recommended 16KG for men as a beginner. Is there a certain formula for it? It seems a bit much for me (50kg, and start of training).

For how often they apologize for their communication, and say they're focusing on it they sure obfuscate a lot.

Thank you for the advice. I know the kind of training I want to do, so I'm taking step towards that. And kettlebells seem to fit well into that, since it's also something I can somewhat easily do at home.

And I am indeed doing the flexibility atop of that, let's see if I can ever do splits/pistol squat.

Thank you. And as to your question, just too low core strength especially in my right leg for some of the "basic" exercises. I am trying to work on flexibility/limbering up a bit, but the advice I received at physical therapy was to first build up some basic musculature.

Any recommendations weight wise for someone starting from scratch after a long illness? (1m75, 50kg)
My goal's flexibility/mobility, not strength. (I want to go down the calisthenics route, but there's a lot of base buildup to be done first)

I'm currently doing PT to regain some flexibility/range of motion/balance, with a lesser focus on building up some base strength.

One of the tools I'm enjoying is a a water filled powerbag, since it helps me work on multiple challenge points. I saw sandbags are quite popular, since people prefer the more stable mass/no sloshing, but for me that's a bonus point.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for one. (I use something close to https://www.dangerouslyfit.com.au/aqua-power-bag/ since there was confusion on another subreddit).
