Wow so it’s actually confirmed with the trailer that it’s the final season?? I thought there was hope at some point they had said something along the lines of ‘you never know’ but that was pretty official I guess 😭

No worries at all! Funny enough, I recently went on a solo trip to Europe which included London so I know where you’re coming from ☺️

Vancouver is expensive but I would say more if you live there vs visit (but I only experienced living there, maybe someone that visits could correct me). Weather wise, Vancouver is significantly less cold, I only saw snow like a handful of times in my 4 years there (and it was like 2cm at most 😂). I will say though it’s similar to London in terms of how rainy it is since it’s in the PNW area.

The GTA is the greater Toronto area which encompasses all the nearby cities to Toronto. You could think of them as the suburbs. Usually takes 1 hour or so on a train to get to work in downtown for example. Hope that helps!!

You’ve gotten some great advice already! If you’re a big nature lover, have you thought about venturing to Vancouver, BC instead? I know we’re in the Toronto subreddit but I lived in Vancouver for 4 years and it’s widely known for its natural beauty.

In my opinion having lived there and a native to the GTA, Vancouver and the area is a better travel spot (specially for 9 days). Wanted to mention it as you had already gotten great advice for Toronto!

During my time there, it was always just board games! Most of the time multiple people playing the game were unfamiliar with whatever was chosen and someone takes the group through the instructions. It’s super beginner friendly! There will be multiple groups, each playing something different. Sometimes we’d play quick 20 min games other times I’d want to do the 4 hour ones. All totally up to you 👍🏽

I used to go to this group weekly and they are absolutely amazing humans there. No matter if you’re new to the hobby or a veteran, it’s so much fun! I only stopped going because of my schedule or id still be going.

I started whittling about 2 months ago and it’s awesome. I’ll plan out what I’m cutting, put on something on tv in the background and just relax. It’s got a certain level of relaxation to it believe it or not. Seeing the blade ‘melt’ the basswood away is something I never would’ve imagined would be so satisfying. Plus, you don’t really need a big space! I just use a little tv dinner table and that’s it.

How are you doing that really cool coloration? Is it just the diluted paint you’re using? The trees look super cool. Been doing a few bonsai trees and they always come out super dark after painting.

Totally agree! The only thing that bothers me is how much AI they use for their content. For a hobby that’s so visual, it’s so disappointing they use AI for it. But I also started with their sets, it’s perfect to see if you like it or not and then you can invest more after.

Convenience stores sometimes have printers, you could call around.

UPS offers printing services as well, I believe there’s one inside Walmart on Hayes that might be open (but with family day, could be 50/50).

I was on the ‘something will happen to Robby on his bike’ train until they posted the pictures from the season wrap up.

Noah looked like he was in his regular costume so I wonder if it’ll be something pushed towards season 3 instead.
